I started wrestling my freshman year out of curiosity and it quickly became a huge part of my life. Growing up as an immigrant and moving a lot because of my Mom's job was really hard because I didn't have many friends and when we finally were able to find a place to permanently stay, here at chapel hill, I still wasn't the most social kid. Wrestling helped me find security and stability when I didn't have it beforehand. Through the wins and losses, the team, coaches, and friends i made along the way always had my back. I love wrestling because of that, the community that is always so accepting and giving, and I pray to my father in heaven that I can continue this journey, and i'm willing to work as hard as it's required in order to make
